He did it again! I think that he saw the E46 with the properly tinted taillights, and decided to try and duplicate it, but with spray paint. Damn, this kid is not very smart. By the way, this is the second time he has done it. The first time, he did it, and someone hit his car from behind, so he used paint thinner to remove the spray paint. I seriously can not believe that he thought it was a good idea to try it again.
